About Tiffany Pervan

Tiffany Pervan (Njoku) is a native Houstonian, self-proclaimed foodie, and very active in community service.She graduated from Michael E. DeBakey High School for Health Professions, has a Bachelors from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from the University of Houston.

When serving clients her motto is “your home, your dream, my priority!”

Tiffany’s experience hasn’t always been in real estate but she has always been deeply involved in serving others. She uses the skills she learned as a Community Development Specialist for Microsoft and as a Software Implementation Project Manager to help her clients. She currently serves as a leader over two volunteer projects with the Junior League of Houston as well as a mentor for the SURE program at the University of Houston.

As a technology project manager and community activist, Tiffany stays abreast of technology solutions and local events throughout the greater Houston area. In addition to researching the best homes for you her knowledge of the city will help find you the perfect location. Additionally, Tiffany LOVES to negotiate and will put her skills to use to get you a great deal!

Tiffany is married to her amazing husband, Almir, who shares her affinity for great food. Together they scour the city in search of great new restaurants and cool places to host a wedding.

Tiffany became a real estate agent because she didn’t find that many agents provided value. When she was looking for her home she felt like Google was sufficient and couldn’t figure out why people still used agents. Tiffany became an agent to “be the change she wished to see” by providing true value to her clients.
